Welcome to "I Love Chocolate, What is it?!"

Hello and welcome,

This blog is a work in progress. Soon I will be compiling information and interviews all about chocolate. It is something we all love (and to those few of you who do not like chocolate, what gives?), but very few of us are aware of the beautiful fruit from which it comes. This blog will serve as an educational resource to spread the word about chocolate. In the meantime, relax and enjoy life!
